Board President - Barry Kahn

Barry has been a member of the Illinois Board of Directors for six years, served as Vice President for one year, and is beginning his third term as President. Along with his busy schedule as a Board officer, he serves as Chairman of the following HD committees: Finance, Generation 2000 the Last Generation of HD, and Volunteer Development.

On a national level, Barry is a past member of the Nominating Committee, and is starting his second year as a member of the Audit and Finance Committee.

Barry and his wife Marilyn, who also serves on the Board, reside in Lake Zurich. They have six sons and six grandchildren. They also host the HD support group for the northwest suburbs.

Barry is committed to the Illinois Chapter playing a significant role in the treatment and cure of HD.
