The End of April

By Kelly Elizabeth Miller

The end of April is not far away
and then will come the magic day!
The birds will sing and most likely
bring happiness and gaiety in every way

The end of April is almost here
and I think I'll stand up and cheer!
The beautiful leaves will fall down
to the ground and I will no longer
have a long frown.

I will be with you once again
and we will fight this thing to the end
and then we'll be the best of friends!
