I don't usually care for Harlequin books, but this was actually quite good. The main character, Serena, who is at-risk for Huntington's Disease, has decided that she will never fall in love, but a handsome cowboy tries to change her mind. Parts of the story were a little unbelievable, but the fear which Serena has regarding her future and that of her sister is very real.
