Paul's at the U of I hospital, getting ready for radiosurgery tomorrow. I'm planning to go back early in the morning. The procedure will take all day, if I understand it correctly. First they put the stereotactic ring on, then they do the CT scan. If the CT scan shows that the tumor is too large for the radiosurgery, they will stop at that point. But if it's still small enough, they will do a bunch of computer calculations to figure out the angles, etc. Then they practice on a dummy, and finally about 4:00 in the afternoon they give him the radiation.
